I love the roads up around Mirboo North so much, usually we ride them in the winter for Brass Monkey so ever since the creation of Summer Monkey last year we’ve been able to really enjoy the dry windy roads.
Here’s some of my favourite shots from the trip but I have a tonne more so if you were there and want some photos of your bike you can download all the high res images here.

Did a little ride through the hills with a mate prior to getting there which was a great way to start the evening. This was the 2nd Upwey meet I’ve been to and although there was more late model bikes than I expected it was still good to get up there and check out the old bikes that were there…

Another great rally based out of Chiltern Victoria, we had some nice weather an enjoyable roads.

Making the Colony Hard Yards videos are very enjoyable to film and edit but damn they take a long time to do so. I know I made a point of not using that many clips that we’d seen in previous Hard Yards so I thought this video might have been a bit shorter in length but the riding level was just insane so it might even be longer than previous ones!
I spent a good chunk of the past 18 months filming with a solid bunch of humans around AUS for Colony’s latest full length Still Having Fun which also ties in with it being 20 years of the brand. It took me 2 months to edit this project and although it almost broke me a few times thanks to my high OCD when it comes to matching footage to music we got there in the end I am really stoked on how it came out.
Massive thanks to all the riders for putting up with me being pretty militant when it came to footage, Clint for giving me free reign as always, Anyone that helped film for me when I couldn’t do so, especially Troy Charlesworth and Adam Lievesley.
Shot on Sony A7Siii camera’s.
Hopefully you all it enjoy it…
A hot few days in Maryborough but a great few days on the bikes with good people. Here’s my favourourites from the trip. if you see your bike in here or want to know if I have some shots of your bike just email me and I can hook you up.

The first of hopefully many, the Summer Monkey is based off of the popular winter Brass Monkey rally that we do but in summer! So that you can enjoy the amazing roads out this way even more.
